For Wwhatever reason, the RC website wont send me a confirmation email to be able to post and the webmaster isn't responding, so I will do a build thread here!

Anyone else here into RC's? Cars, trucks, tanks, trains, airplanes, boats?

I have 3 with 1 one the way.

(2) 1/5 scales and (2) 1/10 scales (1 1/10 scale on the way).

- Redcat Rampage MT - 2 cycle 1/5 scale 4wd (Blue w/ Green flames)
- Redcat Rampage XTe- Electric 1/5 scale 4wd (Black)
- Redcat Everest 10 - Electric 1/10 Crawler 4wd (Red)
- Redcat Cyclone XB10 (on the way)- Electric 1/10 Buggy 2wd

The MT ( 32cc 2 cycle chain saw motor) is pretty much stock except for the DDM Dominator side pipe. I break and repair as needed. I did find a NNNS New Bright body for it and painted it, but it is the wrong color, but close enough, lol. I do plan to upgrade the wheel hexes to 24mm and get the Proline Badland MX-43's, like I have on my Xte. Lighter, a little more narrow, so bottom and top end should improve. 2ae8cff0cfa842789054ae5cfdb15078.jpg93249b00d51fb72be26451d5a32ed285.jpg0ca40450ad2b1238842ef4f8611de97f.jpg

Sweet cars. I got some older stuff but still fun. All 1/10th scale to run on tracks. Traxxas 4tec pro edition with .12 picco, Traxxas Rustler .12 pico, and Team Associated B3. All using airtronics radio. Lots of fun just haven't used them a lot in a long time.

Still running in my glory days with an LX-T and a couple RC-10's. I have a couple on road cars put away as well from a few spec class seasons I raced in. There actually might still be a lunchbox in the pile, too....

I’ve been wanting to get something, maybe a drone, I had a buddy of mine had a couple nitro trucks, can’t remember what they were, but they were junk and never ran right but were fun when they did, I always wanted that traxxas xo-1, 100 mph out of the box, but a pretty penny.

I want a 4tec 1.0, but can't find parts that I'm sure I will break if I put 3s to it, lol.
I wanna buy an RC truck... I've been out of the scene since the Traxxas Revo. Maybe it'll be a Christmas present to myself!
Depends on what scale you want, Redcat is good bang for your buck. I know a few dealers that can get you good prices.

I just got my 1/10 buggy yesterday and ordered a sensored Hobbywing 540 4000kv setup to put in on 3s. I'll see how the stock 20/77 combo does.

Used XO-1 are 500-600ish, so not that bad. People get them and get tired of running in a straight line, so they sell to get a 1/8 buggy/ truggy to have all around fun with.

The XTe has gone through changes. Bought it used and clapped out. Burnt up the oem HW SCT8 *** and 900kv 44mm motor. Replaced with HW Max5 ESC and Leopard 4092 1340kv motor and that work it up really quick. Lost torque but picked up top end like something crazy! Thrm burnt out the 4092 doing back to back speed runs! So I picked up a cheap $58 Tacon 4475 700kv motor to run for the mean time

Im also using the Flysky GT3C controller for all my vehicles, except the E10. That's my 2 yr olds, so he keeps the stock controller for his.

Said Tacon 4475 700kv motor with HW fan.

Also did some aluminum upgrades and new wheel bearings. And 24mm hub adapters to fit the Proline Badlands MX43's.

The 700kv is slower top end wise, but more torque. And the motor stays cool. The body is a a Traxxas Xmaxx painted candy orange, with a mirror chrome back coat, backed my a ultimate black back coat. It looks purty in the sun.6968b5833aad27c4a66201c220396c3b.jpg3b777a75ca48229c6dfe370e111a5253.jpg8e72932240d55cad1ad94dec7d119c21.jpg9679878a3d4ee3b879b920cbadba2897.jpg

The E10 is all stock, except the frame has been chanhed out and new, softer tires with v cut foam and 4oz weights in the front wheel wheels. I wanted it to crawl over everything with out stopping for non stop entertainment for my son, so I can play with my toys. I've only replaced the steering servo and a 9.99 unit off Amazon did the trick. The stock servo was weak anyway and locked up one day.

All he talks about is his RemoteControlTruck. He's pretty good for a 2yr old. He has impressed many folks with his skills. 74a8ee97dd6f22a3db31047f718f142c.jpgc183948bef9f06de47881f52091a1365.jpg90067e2c43cd70b04b55ae65a4715686.jpgbb8b2887326f66ba8e97c887bb942743.jpgd69f1e1d0f374d658b92d956ec469673.jpg5d6022bf50f3bf6acc3a79e5e4bfd610.jpg01b79501a5247de2611ef07903776a75.jpgd4ca3306b6efd6655f38a3ef13cc1123.jpg
