I agree with Retorq. Even if you have a new pump re-verify the fuel pressure. I know it is a pain but if it turns out to be the cause because of pump or regulator you did not waste money on unnecessary parts.

Sounds like the same problem I was having... I found that my EGR valve was dumping too much exhaust into the intake, all without a code... I replaced the EGR and that helped for a day or two... finally cut an aluminum plate to sandwich between the EGR and intake.. now I have a code concerning that but it no longer bucks....

check egr valve.pull vac line off and try....worked on mine ruff run at abought 1000 to 2ooo ...runs great till you put vac line back on....
