I was wondering if anyone has encountered this problem, I have a 95 yukon 4wd and anythime I go 70 or higher my whole front end shakes, dash steering wheel, gas peddle, and the faster I go the worst it shakes. I've changed inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower ball joints, drag link, 4 brand new shocks, pitman arm, idle arm, upper and lower control arm bushings, sway bar bushings, sway bar links, body mounts, drive shaft, u joints and also the gear box. I had to replace my rear leaf springs with new ones. I've had 4 sets of different tires on also and it stills does the same thing. I'm seriously running out of options on why my yukon shakes. If I missed anything let me know. Thanks.

Are you're tires properly balanced? could be a bent wheel. But I would start by checking front two wheel bearings.

any resolve for this? How about rotating tires front to rear. See if that changes.

Im guessing hub bearings. If bot then get the tires balanced. Could have a slightky bent wheel check em all good and if so get a replacement from jy or wherever. My 2dr doesnt shake full throttle maxing out thr speedo lol

How about taking it to a front end shop and having them do an alignment.

I forgot to mention that I also put two brand new hubs on and new front axles as well. I have 4 different sets of tires and rims on it. I have also have taken it to an alignment and still the same issue. Tires have also been balanced.

i would say 4 different sets of tires and rims can be a contributor.

^^^ this

If I'm reading that right 4 different tires and rims can really cause some issues, ESP if your running different sizes and If you are running different sizes you can damage your 4wd

Sorry about the mis understanging but its four different sets of tires and wheels. I'm not mixing tires and rims.

Mine doesn't shake at 55 MPH either. :anitoof:

OP: Have you looked at other things that aren't suspension related that would cause shaking, ujoints, gears/bearings inside the housing, rotors, stuck brake caliper, pads, drums ... anything that turns, including transmission and engine internals ...
