96 yukon won't move

my yukon won't move was plowing in 4x4 low and what i thought was it jump out of gear but won't move at all now 2 or 4 wheel please help the new guy thanks it's a standard 5 speed

i'd think it would be a transfer case issue, unless your clutch decided to poop the bed

clutch is ok but the transfer case not sure i can move the floor shifter an you can feel it clunk into 4 hi 4 low an neutral and even if i put it in any spot even 2 hi i can't turn the front drive shaft by hand

You may have broken the shift or mode mechanism or your chain broke and is jamming the components. Are you able to inspect the fluid?
