97 tahoe lowered 5/5 wheel help

Well as it says ive got 97 tahoe 2wd 4dr lowered 5/5 on 15s my problem is whrn I turn thr bavk sidr on my rim hits the lower control arm and rubs the wheel, is there away to keep it from rubbing like maybe trim the control arm, or put something that wont allow the wheel to turn sharp enough to let it rub? Any help apreciated

Different back spacing on the rims or a shim up front. I trimmed my arms down it will only catch the wheel weights on a full lock turn with the 15 stock rims. I'm picking up some 18s/20s, those won't rub.
