verify me year, make, model, engine and tilt/no tilt column, radio/no radio controls. i am pulling up different numbers then you and they are about $160.
you sure you have an airbag and horn because that is not right. the airbag, in order to ensure it fires, needs an absolutely great connection for both wires to it, dark green and white. horn is likely on a slip ring connection.
