99 tahoe coolant leak

I have a coolant leak coming from the harmonic balancer area nothing above that seems to be leaking down. Could it be the water pump? I don't think it's ever been changed and it has 116xxx miles on it. Any ideas or how I can locate the leak?

Check the weep hole at the bottom of the water pump. If it's wet, it needs a new water pump.

Otherwise, rent a coolant pressure test kit from a parts store. Pressurize it to around 12-psi or so and look for the leak.

160k sounds good. When I had a leak everything told me they go at 80k like clockwork.

I used a little dye and a blacklight to confirm the water pump. (and not a Castech head issue..)
