99 Tahoe won’t start replaced pass key module and iginition cylinder

99 Tahoe won’t start. Replaced pass key module, ignition cylinder and had dealer cut new key from the vin It will turn over like it wants to start but won’t start. The security light stays on steady. Any ideals?

Fuel Pressure ? Can you hear fuel pump running when key turns on?>

When it turns over it sounds like it wants to start but won’t my mechanic checked to ensure the fuel pressure is correct also

Sounds like you've triggered the passlock security feature. You are going to have to go the reset. I'm not sure of the steps so google reset passlock for your truck.
