When I did my headers i did a egr delete which doesnt help with mpg but I am around same driving around town and am pretty confident interstate mileage improved a little. It's kind of hard to tell right now with weather being a constant -15 degrees here so alot of warmup idling and constant running etc etc.... and trying to keep my foot out of it but really hard to resist! I am satisfied with the results. It just feels alot more responsive.

On a side note I just did the throttle blade mod and silencer box delete and got some new 265/75/16 meats for her.

Traditional mail order with 91 octane, 50 percent TM removed, speed limiter raised a bit, slight increase with shifting to go along with shift kit, and egr & cat deletes. From what i can remember.
