I have replaced the resistor and the fuses. Before, only my high fan would work, and even then it doesn't feel like the air is coming out. I have cleaned out everything behind glove box. No leaves/clutter. I NEED to fix this thing. Currently I ONLY HAVE HIGH FAN.

Fan at high is equivalent to maybe half on my wifes 2003 yukon. I'll have to get a voltometer. If I turn the fan to face, it shoots out all vents, but MOSTLY face. I'm sure the little foam outline on all of the vent doors are gone
