A/C Box blend doors

I need new blend doors, and unfortunately GM discontinued the lower one. Has anybody 3d printed them?
In the diagram it is items 11 & 12

Haven't personally. I'd avoid PLA because of the heat, but ABS or Nylon... something like that I'd say it would hold up just fine.

89018306 GM says discontinued, as in my local GM dealership when I tried to order it.

Whelp I may be buying a printer and scanner, just gotta get a used door to scan.

Looks like a pretty simple part - I'd say avoid the scanner and manually model it. It will be more accurate with a higher likelihood of fitting.

I gotta buy a printer first but sounds like a good reason to get one :p
