I'm dealing with 2 issues. The front motor/fans turn on and off. I know its related to the blower or actuator under passenger seat. When I play with the wires, it goes on and off. It seems to matter most on the side of the blower more than the actuator. Also seems to get really hot when A/C on. I'm worried issue may be blower and not actuator. In the past, I would unplug the harness from actuator and spray with MAF cleaner (2 other times). What would make me think its the actuator vs the actual blower?

Second issue is even when fans blow in front, they always blow the right temp. The rear always works even with the issue up fromt sometimes but always blow hot air. What can I look at to improve the rear situation?

I would go oem or at least dorman, I don't know what brand that is

I found the model for the resistor (Dorman 973-401)

Which one is for the air blend door actuator? I found 3 versions of Dorman.

none of those, the oem rear blend actuator is AC DELCO 1572972 {#89018375}, which crosses over to a Dorman 604-111
the hot/cold blend actuator in the rear will be the one closest to the blower motor, the one further up is for up/down air flow

Thanks! I saw a video showing one of the actuators near blower and closer to center console but not sure if we talking about same one. Are they all located near the blower under front passenger feet?

I got my new blower motor actuator but issue remains. The new one made by Dorman works. It has way more metal rods but they are thinner than the OEM Bosch one. The problem seems to be in the wiring, specifically the purple wire going to the motor. When I play with it, the motor turns on and off. I ended up pushing it deeper into its socket point in the motor and it seems to stay on even after a drive. Seems like just a loose wire I hope. This did not improve the rear which still blows hot air. I want to get the recommended AC DELCO 1572972 {#89018375} / Dorman 604-111 but not sure where it goes. Some videos show an option under driver gas pedal but i had trouble finding this on mine. I only see the one on passenger side.
