Not sure what I mentioned vs what you already know. The first shop installed a new condenser which turned out to be for a tahoe w/o rear air so they installed another one which I supplied. Even with this condenser which was twice the width if I was on the highway or at a stop lite and revved it up to 1500rpm the center vent temp would drop like a stone. But just last week the new shop installed another condenser which I thought helped but to be honest know im not sure. With this condenser it does react much to electric fans or airflow. Seems the center vent temps move 6-10 degrees then bottom out. Not im not sure if the condenser is doing its job (being used to last 2 crap ones) or what. I would love to buy a ACdelco unit and see what happens but im tapped out of cash.

One problem with diagnosing this a/c has been the inconsistent weather. One day it was 104 then 2 days later its 85. Truck is decent when its 80-85 but hotter then that in traffic it absolutely blows! And the not cold like I want. If it stayed a steady 90 for a week I can judge what works and what doesnt.

Tomorrow im actually bringing it to the isuzu dealer the service advisor who fixes our box truck at work says his buddy who works there services all the reefers and box trucks. So hopefully he may come up with something.

Exactly how many fans do you have total, and do you have the factory shroud?

I have the factory fan with a brand new severe duty fan clutch in the factory shroud. Then I have a 9 & 14" electric's on the condenser pushing.

Today I tried messing with the electrics on then off then back on and didnt really notice any major gain/loss. Now I did hear about having too strong of an electric that it cools the fan clutch and becomes counter productive so im definetely concerned about that.

Knowing him he is probably up to 5-6. LOL

Its funny you say that. You know I had the 14" in there rite? I bought a 6", a 9" and another 14". I was gonna put the 14" behind the condenser, the 9" on the front of the consenser and the 6" on the oil cooler! But the 14" wouldnt fit!:emotions122: LMFAO!

I have the 6" fan sitting in the box waiting.........I was worried I was gonna smoke the alternator so I stopped at 2! lol

I cant imagine what you guys must be thinking but I need my effen a/c NOW!

Assuming all fans are working, it appears almost normal for your humidity levels.

I am leaning on a tad overcharged, and that will be worst at idle with low airflow.

If undercharged it will be colder than normal at idle and cycle like a mofo when on the freeway.

I hope you have the correct orifice tube in there.
