I agree with you about additional fees. Plus, the maintenance might be more expensive since I'm sure there are no OEM parts on the local market. But it looks like in Russia this car is much more expensive.
Well, I thought of purchasing a used car in the US and shipping it to Italy. Just an option.

In Russia, these cars are more expensive, because we have sanctions, it is impossible to bring a car from the USA via a short route. Further, the price was approximately the same as in the USA, because US tax compensation for export was comparable to the cost of delivery. As for spare parts, in Italy you probably have access to the Rockauto website, or eBay, and you can order everything you need without any problems.
