AC going hot during idle

Any update @AN292 ?

I have burped the cooling system as much as I could. I haven’t put the shroud back in yet, but so far the coolant temp and AC temp hasn’t actually gone up again during idle.

maybe I’ll wait for it get hotter, it’s going to be 95 in a couple days here.

Your still going to have the same problem.Also burping the cooling system should have no affect on the ac

Seriously, it needs the full shroud. Or electric fans.

Fan shroud in place and complete?

Thank you for the suggestion, it’s finally back in and now I’m idling just fine in my 2004 Chevy Igloo.

wouldn’t have figured that out own my own.
