So I replaced my ac condenser a few weeks ago. Now I hear a ringing or high pitched noise when I accelerate. Also the vents are blowing water vapor out . Any thoughts?

Possibly didn't do a very good job of evacuating the system when was hooked to vacuum pump before charging. Moisture in the compressor causing problems and possibly belt/compressor noise. You are talking about when a/c is on, correct? The water vapor may not be related but could be from clogged evaporator drain causing water backup. Kind of a strange one. When system was open it should of had a complete flush and change the accumulator and orifice. Internal a/c oil level problem?

The original reason the condenser was changed was due to being punctured (don't ask) I agree with the evacuation theory. I'm going to have it evacuated and re charged. Where's the evaporator drain so I can check it

Passenger side firewall down low should see a small water tube drain that can get clogged. I have use a small bit of wire, like coat hanger, to reach in and move around easily to allow flow. Watch out though, water can come rushing out of the hole. When people park after using the a/c there will be a puddle of water that drains on to the ground when it is not clogged. It is the evaporator sweating.
