On a 03 Tahoe 5.3 flex fuel

Didn't find any How-To's.

Remove the red harness connector lock clip. Lift lock tab and wiggle connector off. Remove bottom 10mm pedal bracket nut. Removing the top nut was the tricky part. You'll need a socket wobble adapter and 12" extension. Access top nut from between the pedal arm and center hump console. I'd recommend you don't completely remove the top nut. I did and it's a bugger to get back on. Circled below is the hidden top nut

With top nut backed off, pull pedal assembly so that bottom bracket hole clears the firewall mounting bolt. At this point you can remove the APP screws. They are T20 hollow Torx. Now you can slide the sensor off the pedal assembly
