Hello everyone. I am sure one of y'all can steer me straight. My 07 yukon xl slt just went nuts. on startup, idled rough, 1-2 shifts hard, says service stabilitrak/ traction control. Seems to be in limp home mode. Missing badly. Service engine indicator on. All started between errands today. Disconnected battery, did not reset. Please Help. Lost Ford Guy!

I am sorry to hear that you’re having issues with your Yukon. Have you spoken with your dealership to get up an appointment for diagnosis?

I guess it's common sense..... but, I wouldn't drive it very far until the problem is diagnosed and fixed. I wouldn't want to stress the engine, transmission and driveline with the hard 1-2 shifts.

Sounds like some kind of electronic module is going south. That would be my first guess. And I have to guess because I am not an expert on this stuff.
