The guys are leaving in the AM for a tuning trip, so highly unlikely. They also have to review the files to make sure all needed data is in the files.

Sent from my fone.

You should have got 05 Tahoe fans. They are better and fit the big radiator better

I did get fans for an '05 Tahoe/ Yukon, a replacement unit from Dorman that is a direct replacement for the OEM '05 fan. The LS1 harness is for an '05 OEM or Dorman fan for the large radiators, being installed in an '02.

I thought about that but decided I didn't want a used fan and relays. Who knows how many miles are on one of those '06 fans? The Dorman looks stock also.

I agree the dorman is good and maybe what's on stock vehicles. I was going with a new model 1. Forgot the part number but it has 7 blades each or something. As far as the wiring I want to use the stock box to control them. relays and fuses are cheap.

I got my tune installed yesterday and it made a huge difference; much faster and firmer shifting and more power definitely. Today I installed the EFans and alternator overdrive pulley. The LS1 harness was pretty nice but I had to extend one of the ground leads and the battery leads also, in order to have everything lay out correctly. It blends in with the rest of the factory harnesses. I started to think the PCM wasn't turning on the fans since I went for a 45 minute drive and they never came on but then I let it run in my driveway for another half hour and it finally heated up enough to turn them on. The A/C lead wasn't too hard to figure out. The voltage dropped a bit before the pulley was changed but it's stable now.

Edit: the Dorman 620653 was the one listed here in the forum as the one with a higher blade count but both it and the 620654 have 7 blades. I can't find any difference between them.
