So with my key on it goes to 52 and then drops to 48 within about 5 seconds

What does your scanner show for fuel pump run? Have you swapped fuel pump relay? Have you tested Fuel pump output? As in pumping into container? Should pump 30 -50 GPH or more. Have you tested Voltage at pump connector and at Fuel pump relay?There are a ton of things you can test to verify each system with only expense is your time. Have you downloaded the service manual for your truck? Might take an hour to find a free one.
If you do test things, test logically, in order, so that you get usable results, POST YOUR RESULTS. A million geusses with partial tests still leaves 1/2 million possibilities.
Take a 164 bulb, fold the pins straight, plug into bad cylinder injector harness and watch flashes.
Have you checked Ground wires to engine/PCM?
Narrow down your problem to fuel/ Ign / Mech.

I didn't do number 8 cuz it's such a bi#@$ to get to. I get a PO301 but the plug looks perfect

I didn't do number 8 cuz it's such a ***** to get to. I keep getting PO301 but the plug looks perfect.

All of these look the same but number 5. It might be nothing but it looks like something to me.… Just curious as to what y'all think?

That's a sign of a problem. So you may have a leaky injector, fuel line somewhere, or around the fuel tank depending on how it's plumbed. The new pump could also be bad.
Im not an electrical genius I don't know what I need to know to figure it out. But I learn fast so if you could point me in the right direction I'll do whatever it takes to fix it. It's my only vehicle and I've been trying to fix it for a month now broke down at my folks house in Sorrento FL and starting to lose my mind and myself slowly.... Everything is factory still has evap canister and vent valve + purge solenoid. I did however had a fuel line that connected the fuel filter to what looks like to be another regulator or whatever it is and then from there it goes to the top of the engine then connects to the fuel rail. Well the one line after the fuel filter it's about like maybe 8 to 10 in the compression fitting part of it busted on me and I had to put a fuel line hose in it's place. It wasn't a non-kinkable hose so of course I had to make it a little bit longer to keep it from kinking. Not sure if that could cause the fuel pressure to drop or not but it's not leaking. I have pretty much everything I need to use to test all the electrical I do have a multimeter it's not harbor freight brand so it'll do the job I just don't know all the proper ways to test everything.
