I have seen machine shops tear down and rebuild heads. I am no expert at all about all the inner workings of what the machinist's do. But that looks like a #5 guide problem/mark? Some machinist here will hopefully chime in and tell me I am full of shit, or just any member that feels like saying it, and you are ok.

I would say though that if you put new plugs in and they get fouled in 7 minutes, I would not lean toward those valve guides and seals. I believe it is a fuel foul and you have another problem. Plus, in your first pics, #5 plug was not fouled. By the way, in the most recent plugs pics, how the hell did the #6 plug lose the ground tip? It's gone. Did you say something about that somewhere else in the thread and I missed that?

What does your scanner show for fuel pump run? Have you swapped fuel pump relay? Have you tested Fuel pump output? As in pumping into container? Should pump 30 -50 GPH or more. Have you tested Voltage at pump connector and at Fuel pump relay? There are a ton of things you can test to verify each system with only expense is your time. Have you downloaded the service manual for your truck? Might take an hour to find a free one.
If you do test things, test logically, in order, so that you get usable results, POST YOUR RESULTS. A million geusses with partial tests still leaves 1/2 million possibilities.
Take a 164 bulb, fold the pins straight, plug into bad cylinder injector harness and watch flashes.
Have you checked Ground wires to engine/PCM?
Narrow down your problem to fuel/ Ign / Mech.
Where are the ground wires? I'm getting off farther and farther behind. I've got a job offer in St Augustine FL and I can't get this thing fixed to make it there. I'm starting to lose hope and I never give up but I'm not no electrical genius I'm scared I'm gonna make it worse than it is. But I'm in a spot where I have to do it. So where do I find this information

It looks like it's just a illusion. The tip blends in with the back ground. If you zoom in and squint you can see it.

These 68 year old eyes still cannot see it. There looks to be, where I think it broke off at, a black soot mark at about 7 o'clock, at bottom of threads. If you say it is there, I believe you.

Your Fuel pressure is low and fails leakdown time.
Try swapping fuel pump relay and see if pressure rises. Test voltage at relay should be same as battery voltage. If Voltage good Pump is bad or not grounded good. There is a ground wire in pump harness to frame in back.
Your compression test passed.
Try the 164 bulb on your 2 cylinders fouling plugs. 1 at a time/ truck may start. Watch for equal flashes.
If light doesn't flash or doesn't light found problem.

P0201 is injector circuit malfunction. Unless that was set by error, left key on while unplugging injector, that sounds like the first thing to solve.
