So today I pulled off the transfer case switch it was fine so I pulled the acuator off and put in in 4 lo and the actuator poped. So If I can here the transfer case working and the actuator is work why do I still have no 4WD??? Its a floor shift and the lights go on saying its in 4WD. Not sure what else it could be. Anyone have any thoughts

actually can you get the whole truck off of all four wheels? there is a test you can try. to narrow it down.

Yes I can and I found out the first trip to the lake when I got stuck. Put it up off the wheels to verify

not sure if i read that you did verify but at any rate while all four are off the ground have some one apply brakes put into to 4hi wait a few seconds then put into gear. you should see all four spinning with brakes off. if front is not does at least the driveshaft for the front turn or what. details please.

WARNING: DO NOT PUT INTO PARK UNTIL ALL WHEELS ARE STOPPED WITH BRAKES. YOU WOULD NOT LIKE WHAT HAPPENS.
