Or you could it to this guy: http://stores.ebay.com/SPEEDOMETER-SALES-AND-SERVICE?_rdc=1

I sent mine there for a handful of burnt out bulbs in the cluster....ended up having all the steppers replaced along with an Esky bezel installed. Top notch work.
I've talk to that guy before about doing a Esky cluster for my Burb but with a brighter white backlight... Is the transaction as easy as he makes it seem?

Did all the info come back correctly on the new one?

Yes, it is plug and play. No additional wiring is needed. The transmission already has a temp probe in place and its already wired to the cluster. So I am guessing you will need a KPH cluster, not the one that displays MPH? You need the one with kilometers instead of miles?

I swapped an esky one right in with mph

Yes, I do. But a few dealers do have these. Not in such a wide selection as the MPH ones though.

This. I had one in my last car. It was the best gauge I had. If a CEL came on I was able to scan and see what the DTC was instantly.

Where did you place this gauge? I doubt it will fit in the cluster itself?

Great info in here. Ive wanted to do the Esky cluster and often wondered if the trans temp gauge would work on a tahoe.
