Just ordered the Black Bear Autocal and AFE 74110 dry filter. Will report back in a couple weeks or so after the install and file exchanges. Thanks 1sikryd for your input.

Guys, I need your help before I pull the trigger of availing a slightly used afe intake. According to the seller, it is for Silverado / Sierra. I am not sure if this will fit for a ‘17 Tahoe 5.3L.
Thanks brother! I didn’t realize it was already mentioned few posts above and wasn’t aware that was the part #.I see part #74104 in the pictures, which is one of the ones listed about 6 posts above this as being compatible with these SUV’s. So you should be good to go.

I am just confused about the carb approved and not carb approved.
Yeah, just got the tracking numbers for my AFE 74110 as well. Took a while to find a retailer that would send me one. Let me know what you think of the Black Bear tune, I'm thinking of going that road.
