The most accessible place would be off of one of the tail lights.
Or if you need it closer to the dashboard, I'm sure there's one of the fuses that carries that power.

And there should be a way to find a reverse trigger from the radio harness.

I second RootBeeR's comment. Depending on your stereo setup, your harness may have a reverse wire for this purpose. Otherwise you can tap the backup light wire.

On my 2013 SSV we just pulled out the passenger side tail light and tapped into the wire there. I did not do it myself so I am not sure what color it was but my Camera works perfectly.

I did this exact setup with my cam. I installed in the trim above the license plate and fished all my wires through the harness and connected to the rear tail light.

Kinda late but there is definitely a spot for this in the upfitter box.

My 2013 PPV had a camera that was removed before I bought it, and I traced the wire all the way from the tailgate to the upfitter box. I coiled it up and left it connected just so I can use it when I put in a camera.
