I had to take these apart and fix the adjusters to get them semi close. You can still see that I have the gap that you are talking about where the top light meets the grill. When my truck gets out of the shop (body mods) I will get them set perfect. Gotta love the HID's.

I had to do a double take on this one, but you put the HID's in reflector housings? I know that folks are doing it for fogs here, but the fogs really don't have a bad beam pattern and aren't near eye level.

Are the rest of you guys running HID low's in reflector housings?

Hell, I'll sell you mine.

These are TYC projector headlights. They take an H1 bulb. Installed in them now are H1 silverstars.

I'll take $115 plus shipping.

Which projectors are you and RT referring to in your post above? I'm considering a few different ones right now, but really like the looks of the ones you posted above.
