Aftermarket stereo 06 Z71 Burb with Bose

Hey everyone.

I have the dreaded buzz on my bose system and I have a replacement amp to take the bad one out. The aftermarket Pioneer AVN p24oobt has been discontinued and I cannot find a satellite radio receiver for it. I'm looking at a new head unit now that I can add satellite radio, apple car play and a rear camera.

I have been looking at the Sonys on Crutchfield. I just want the features above, clear sound and utilize the steering wheel controls and existing bose components. Will the Sony XAVAX1000 do that or am I going to have to jump to the 5000/5500?

I just recently upgraded my radio with a JVC KW-V66BT that has CarPlay from Crutchfield and all my controls work.

Their website has a feature that shows you what will work with your choice.

I highly recommend getting the ready harness option for $25. Well worth the money, saved so much time on install!

Does the factor buzzer work with the aftermarket radio? You know the lights on warning etc…

Yes, they send you a new small chime speaker. It's actually noticeably louder than the stock one.
