I am entering the land of bad air ride issues with my 2005 yukon denali. Thinking of doing the Monroe Kit to remove the active electronic and retain the air ride. I need to assure that the current Arnot Compressor (It must have been changed once) works. Any idea how to assure power and or function if it does not run like it should? The harness has many pins.

Any thoughts on better options. Not looking to spend a fortune.

Well I have told if you disable the RTD system the factory air level ride will not work. Here is a diagram of the RTD system. you can power it up by tracking down the pin's

What I'm doing on my Denali...I removed the factory RTD and air shocks. I put new KYB Gas-A-Just shocks in. I installed a new Firestone compressor yesterday. and should be finishing up the wiring today. I ran the fresh filtered air for the compressor in my CIA box. it has it's own filter assy that I mounted to the inside. Then I will put my air controller in the cab. By then My rear bag kit should be here, and I will finish by replacing my rear coils with air bags.
