I already searched and read a couple of topics on this but still have some questions if someone can help me out

I have a 96 2 door tahoe 4x4 electronic
I want to put air bags in it but I've read you have to remove the 4x4 . What parts will I need? And do I really need a new transmission?

If I can bag a 4x4 how low and high can it go from stock?

I'm never plan on using the 4x4 and I couldn't find a 2wd 2 door tahoe for cheap..

Thanks I'm advance :)

I believe the 96's have leaf spring rears?

How low are you wanting to go?

took off the transfer case
axles

half of the axle was left on the spindles. Do I have to get 2wd spindles if I get the airbags installed?
