Alignment issues after 2/4 drop?

I have 2016 SLT 4x4 with Tony's kit sitting on DUB Future 24" 295/35/24. I have put about 15k miles on the lexani tires(directionals) and have to tires rotated every oil change 5-6k miles. I recently noticed a bad vibration from 60mph+. So i took it to dealer for oil change and tire rotation and the front tire are worn down pretty severe on the inside like the Camber is out. Vehicle drives straight down the road with no pulling left or right. The other 2 tires don't have any wear on them.

Could the 24" wheels be a concern since there is little sidewall and knocking the alignment out easier?

Nope. There are people who ride around for YEARS with 24's with no issues. My last set of 24's with lexani tires (sig pic) had no issues.

Did you have an alignment after the drop? If so, I'm guessing they forgot to tighten something and that's why your camber is out.

I've had two alignments after the drop. 1st alignment and drop was done in March and then alignment was checked in July before I drove from IL to SC for vacation.

and were both bad? Did they have to re-align anything the second time?

Yes, they had to re-adjust alignment.

was issue camber or toe?

had a neighbor who had issues.
dealer aligned it twice & bought him new tires, b/c it kept chewing through them.
told him to take it to a real alignment shop & they said toe was out of whack.
his issue was resolved after

Mine was camber. Inside of both front tires worn down severely.

do you have a sheet? Ive done a lot of the 15s up with the spindles no issues
