They didnt tell me to replace them. just told me they had a little play in them. Which unless they are brand new...most of us probably have "some" play.

I failed to notice you cranked your bars. Based on that replace the ball joints and get punched for a camber/caster kit although it is good that the camber and toe has improved. I would not worry to much about current caster setting. But a properly done job should turn you all green all the way around.

So my rig is now worse than before I had it aligned. Front end will dive right very hard when turning just on a slight turn. I mean scary diving?!

Have it check for any worn parts that might have been missed and verify your tire pressures. Perhaps something was not tightened down when it was finished.
