@BlackBearPerf will the tunes have any affect or be traceable in terms of warranties? Meaning can the dealer tell I had one if it gets removed.

We use every effort to ensure that there is no trace of the tune using GM's current method of tune identification. To date, there haven't been any issues with warranty.
