All Season Tire Similar to Blizzak?

Hello

I found this picture of a Denali online and like the look of the tires, which I am 99% sure are Bridgestone Blizzak's and am assuming they are 275/55/20...


I know that you don't want to run Blizzaks year round but love the look. Does anyone know of a good tire that would give good all season rain,snow,dry performance with a similar look?

I cut over to the Nitto Terra Grappler G2 for a 22" wheel. In rain they are great, have not been up to the snow yet.

I was considering the terra grappler g2. Love the KO2 I have them on my jeep, but a little to aggressive sidewalls for my taste on a Denali
