Im planing on upgrading my alternator to a 160 amp, do I have to get fuses for my second battery and amps to match the 160 output ? or will the 105 stock output ones be ok?

you should have an isolator running to your second battery, the same fuses you used before the new alternator, should be fine, (you want it to blow at the same amperage anyway).
