Alternator size ques

How do i know if I have the 110 alternator or the 140 alternator. I want to replace the belt and there are no markings on the alternator. i know i could always take the belt off and hold it up to a new one, but would rather just buy the belt come home and do it. thanks

call up the local chevy dealer and give them your vin number..they should be able to tell you

look in the glovebox at the RPO codes.
