Nope, just velcro. Give it a good tug and slowly work your way around.

Here is mine. The vinyl was cheap but might replace it with something better

For mine I just pulled out the beauty board under the second row 60/40 and mounted my amps underneath, then cut holes in the beauty board where the amps are for ventilation and looks.

This is the same thing I did, I have a MTX TC301 - class D 300W mono block pushing a JL Audio CS110TG-W1v2 and I have no problems.

From my experience a Rockford T40001bd or T8004 does not fit underneath the seats I had a false floor made in the cargo area only place for them to fit. Also I added a Rockford 100 farad and 50 farad capacitor into the driver side rear panel. dispalying voltage of one where the door for accessories was.
