Hey, newbie here. Did some searching on here, and just wanted a straight forward answer.

I have a 2003 Yukon Denali with 220k miles on it. Bladder for the AirRide is ripped. Compressor kicks on during startup and then random times whilst driving. It has never towed anything and will never tow anything. No error codes for the AirRide.

I just want the annoying compressor to stop kicking in. From what I've read on here, I just need to disconnect the negative on the battery for >10 minutes, remove the under hood fuse, then reconnect the negative on the battery. Is that accurate? Will that effect the vehicle in any other way?

Thanks for the clarification!
