Why did it go there to start with ? I saw where you took it back for some reason. They have as OP have said, not noted for quality work. It's just hard to see why your vehicle needed all over paint job. I hate it for you, it will only snowball every time you return. My suggestion, if your insurance company was involved in the beginning, I would ask for their help. JMHO.

Scary. I knew a guy that had a blazer repaired there and they didn't even remove the pin stripe first, just cleared right over it. they have no sense of pride just get it done and move on to the next one. The cars they use in their ads probably are painted at a real body shop. I have a friend who had his road runner painted there about fifteen years ago, not bad but definetly not show quality. they didn't raise the hood to paint the lower lip. he keeps it in the garage and it still looks good.
They warranted it so their gonna keep fixing it until it’s right. When I was pointing out stuff that was messed up. He told me that they work like a assembly line. That everything isn’t gonna be perfect and I get what I pay for, but why when I was paying for it you told me it would look just like a factory paint job. I’ll never recommend macco to anyone.

Holy smokes. You don't normally hear people say you get what you pay for when referring to themselves and shoddy work, that usually comes from high costs places trying to talk themselves up.

I agree with Red Tahoe, I'd be working on getting my money back and going elsewhere. If they're fine with sub par work, you will never get any more than sub par, no matter how many times it goes back. Whether you take them to civil court or whatever.

Leave the windows down and they will paint the interior too!

Seriously, can't believe they are still in business.

It’s a northern truck so it had a bit of rust on the front doors hood and by the gas tank it was scratched up pretty bad so I had the hole truck done. When I went back they told me it was too late to ask for a refund, but they would fix it under warranty. I wish I would of looked more into their work before I had it done.

its hard to see all the imperfections in the pictures, but in person it was a disaster.

It's all in the prep. You can get the shitiest paint job and as long as it was prepped good before hand, it'll look good. Looks like a lot of it wasn't prepped very well.

Just out of curiosity what did the job cost, and what were other quotes for repair?
