DAM! Sorry to hear that!

I would go get a receipt for 30" Foose rims and the most expensive tires you can find and submit it to the insurance company! Then go buy two sets of 22's, one for summer & one for the winter.

Ouch! Sorry to hear about that. I guess if you need some stock replacements, holler!

I wouldn't condone insurance fraud. :(

Welcome to the club. Except I think someone mentioned to doesn't happen in north texas, it happened to me in Dfw. Got insurance to get me ck916's though. Priority number 1 when I get my new garage cleaned is to put vin and ph number inside wheels. I am also waiting on more wheel locks. Considering getting the rimlox when I get more established with the new job.

Yea man that sucks...it happens out here in south FLA a lot. Just hope you had them insured. Always happens with stocks. They are worth much more than aftermarket which is why they go after them.

years ago when 17's were like 24's here in ny allot of people wrote their phone numbers and a reward note to tire installer if he was not working on the right vehicle. There are allot of stories of beatings thrown behind the success of this simple method. Back then the guy who had your wheels was probably the guy who stole them. Now it's the guy who brought them on eBay.

Now days there is a pay web site that will sell all your information. Cell numbers are not private anymore.

I think the yetti has a nice set of ck 375 for sale with tires.

So when you sell your vehicle someone else is driving around with your info on the wheels, are they supposed to scratch it out to put their info on there? No thanks I would move somewhere with less crime first.

Yeah. Unfortunately you cant prevent it, and thats why we have insurance. I dont need any more personal information out there than already is. Maybe a VIN number, but still, 9 out of 10 places wont report it anyway so whats the use.
