any idea on what these wheels are?

Well I am about to buy an Avalanche with what may be dealer option wheels but am unsure. Does any one know what these are and if they are a chevy wheel?

Those are a chevy OEM Accessory wheel. Don't remember the exact name but I'll see if I can find it for you.

Yeah, I've never heard them called VHO's but you could be correct as I have been unsuccessful in locating their "GM designation" ...and I believe you're right about being on the NBS's

VHO wheels, they were on the NBS Vortec Max trucks, and on the NNBS 07/08 Texas Edition Silverados(depends on trim), my 08 silverado came with those...
