I’ve read lots of complaints about them. But I’ve never ordered from them anything simply because it’s way more expensive than most other options. And shipping costs are usually ridiculous from there whereas when I find what I need on eBay I usually get free shipping or very cheap shipping options. But I use it all the time to get numbers for obscure items that I might need and that’s a great resource for that.
