With enough legal representation muscle you can get any OEM to buy back anything.
for example: I heard of a real estate agent getting their car lemon because of under performing Navigation units.
So I'm sure that a case could be made for loud low frequencies booming on a new vehicle.
I certainly wouldn't put up with it.
I must be lucky our 15 Suburban got nothing on that front.

Yes, the true buffeting plagued trucks occur regardless of vibrations and prominent v8/v4 mode drone. However, those two items do increase the severity of the buffeting.

If you'd like to drink a weeks worth of coffee, take a look at the 182 page thread on the issue dating back to 2014.

...and yes, i've only heard/seen a few complaints that were 17/18 models.

Yes, I’ve seen these threads dominate the forums since 2015. I guess I got lucky on my 2015. I certainly would have made them fix it or buy it back if mine had that issue!

Yeah, even though our 15 hasnt been great, we're still in the market for an 18 burb or denali XL...and also considering the expedition/navi. Hoping incentives my return for march.

We bought ours used with 15k miles in 2015 otherwise I would have returned it and left it in the dealer's lot after multiple attempts of fixing the issues.
