Check summitracing.com for different options. They have Gibson headers and others that are tested and certified by the state of California. You will probably still need the documentation showing such information. Im not sure what the exact California law states but i just read the documentation that comes with the gibson headers. Shows test results and a signature from some California official stating they are legal.

Yeah I have a idea of the process I had to get Violent to mail me my C.A.R.D sticker and papers to get my truck smoged in CA
