I already have a cai and a tune i heard u can change ur throttle body to a newer body style but any suggestions? ??

you can get one with a larger diameter intake i think 4.8 and 5.3 stock throttle bodys are 75mm you can get like an 80 or 90 mm but then your cold air intake wont fit and youll need a retune id also look at an intake manifold with a larger diameter intake

Not worth it unless your going up to (atleast) an NNBS intake manifold.
