Anybody else have this roof mount?

So it for sure leaked getting a car wash today. I put a piece of sheet metal over the open hole with some silicone for now. Has anybody removed one? Looks like I’d have to pull the headliner which doesn’t seem fun. There are no exterior screws. I’d like to have a plug ready to go if possible after removal.
