Anybody replace OEM rear entertainment?

I have an 03 Tahoe LT and was wondering if anybody has replaced their rear entertainment system (flip down and dvd player). I want to put a bigger screen but heard it would be really expensive to do so because of the whold from the stock one. Anybody have any experience with this? any pics? advice?

I have 2005 Yukon Denali XL. I would like to keep my rear seat entertainment system. But I want to be able to have the DVD video playing on my front factory unit as well

So I guess I need to tapp into the wires in the RSE to run a video out put cable. Has anyone does this yet. If so please forward me and schematic and advice. I know it can be down but Im still tryin to figure it out
