Anyone "Clay" their paint?

I picked up a jar of the Meguiar's mild detailing clay and a 32oz bottle of Meguiar's Quick detailer for my first attempt.
We will see how I do on my big ole black rig.

The HyHoe is about to be 2 years old ... so I'm thinking she's due for a little refreshing.

I think I'm going to drop her off next week for a full inside and out detail, including clay, and probably including paint correction (compounding) and maybe even an engine detail.

I'm just wondering if I should wait till spring ... but I suppose any time is as good a time as any.

Btw, the detailer offers a wet sanding option for an extra $75 ... I'm not sure exactly what that involves and if it's worth doing.

I usually do mine twice a year.

Serge have you seen any of his work before? We sanding and buffing would be a good idea if he knows what he is doing.

I'm going to have to do this.. My paint is in great shape but I know it can't hurt to add some more maintenance love your hoe/kon and she'll love you back!!
