Hey everybody. I have a two part question...

1. I bought a new 2013 Tahoe with adjustable pedals. Everytime I start the truck and start driving the pedals move about an 1/8" forward and backward. Just wondering if anybody else has had this problem?

2. What's the deal with this Jen customer service lady? Everytime someone posts a problem she posts "pm me and I'll see what I can do." Just wondering if she has actually helped anybody or if she sais she will and you end up like the dealer and tell you you changed the parking light bulb and that's why the transmission went dealer bs.

Thanks in advance!

Not sure about the pedals. Maybe its trying to return to the last recalled position? Have you set the memory for the seat/pedals?

I haven't dealt with the customer service on this site, but it appears to be the same deal as another site I use. On the other site the customer service lady that I spoke with set up a case with GM to have my cracked dash replaced at my local dealer for a reduced cost, so I would say they are legit.

No memory seat option. I moved them to a different position and same thing but only when you first get in and start driving. Weird. Guess i have to go to the dealer.
