Thanks for the help on the M4 issue y'all. I got it back from the dealership Friday afternoon and it's going back in the morning. They "fixed" the light vibrating noise I was hearing come from the rear end. However, now it's vibrating so hard the doors rattle. Along with some SERIOUS clinking, grinding, metal hitting metal thumping noises. Also jerky shifts in both accelerating and decelerating..
The list goes on, but like I said, no reputable service dealers anywhere close to here.
The way the mechanic explained the remote start issue with me is that there are two motors that have to start and it's one starting up before the other. Which, I still feel is code for they have no clue what's going on and trying to rush the car out the shop.
When it goes back in the morning, I will mention the remote start again and tell them I'm not buying the "It's a Hybrid thing" excuse. I could tell by their excitement they were ready to see me go, and could hear the disappointment when I called back to mention about the fact that even though I'm slightly obsessive and crazy about my car, it indeed had cup holders when I dropped it off and it didn't vibrate this bad before they even "fixed" the vibrating issue.
The last three weeks have been hell dealing with this dealership and I'm sure the up coming weeks won't be any better :/
