I have actually searched all over and believe I am not typing the question correctly because I can't find a single thread on this topic in any forum on the internet! I have tried a number of different aftermarket headlights and what I have learned is that nothing fits or is as stable as OEM. I purchased all 4 lights up front with clear lenses for my Burb and want to know if anyone has simply swapped lenses from new aftermarket to old headlight and signal housings? PLEASE share info if you have and pics of course would be GREAT! I also did not know if this should be posted here so please move if not appropriate. Thanks!

Thanks...what I am looking for is all of the lines to be tight and straight like OEM. Seems to be hard to find with aftermarket lights on NBS trucks. I can't possibly be the first person to ask this question!

probably not most people probably just dealt with it or took the time to oval out some of the mounting holes so you could adjust and line it up so it looked alot better. i say mine are perfect but vs oem they are bumped towards the fender a bit. they both do it so its matches and looks right but if i couldn't line things up...... its something ive dealt with alot doing audio installs. rarely do you have a mount bracket and hu go together perfectly and match the dash without tweeks. some of them make it very hard to tweek also.

I think I solved the problem with the aftermarket lights. I swapped the mounting brackets with the OEM brackets and that made a world of difference. I then carefully inspected the mounting points for the signal lamps and saw that the lengths were inconsistent so I took a razor and carefully shaved to exact measurement. i am pretty damn happy with the end result!

So I have spyder black housings with clear lenses. Overall fit and finish is pretty good in mine. They line up well, adjust easily and they don’t wiggle in the mounting spots. They are a tiny bit loose like when I’m cleaning the truck and going around with towels and stuff. But it doesn’t translate to seeing the lighting moving around when I’m driving. They’re pretty solid. And they weren’t horribly expensive either.
